What is the capacity of The Villa by Nerval?

We have 3 Event spaces. Hall A can accommodate up to 750 guests for seated events and over 1,000 for conferences. Hall B and C can accommodate 250 guests each or combined to accommodate 500 guests. Our Outdoor Garden Patio can accommodate up to 200 guests for seated events, and up to 370 guests in theater style seating.

What types of events can be hosted at The Villa?

We host weddings, holiday parties, banquets, galas, graduations, meetings, conferences, and celebrations of life.

Does The Villa provide an event manager?

Yes, we have a dedicated event manager who will assist in ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Venue Features & Setup

What tables and chairs do you provide?

We offer round and rectangular tables, with Chiavari chairs.

Does The Villa provide linens and napkins?

Yes, we provide tablecloths and napkins, with three napkin fold styles available. Enhanced setups can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can I bring my own décor, or do you provide décor services?

We have an in-house décor team that can bring your vision to life. No outside décor is permitted.

What kind of lighting is available in the ballroom?

The ballroom features 30 chandeliers, cove lighting, portlights, and a modern ribbon chandelier. We also have eight concert-style moving beam lights above the dance floor.

What are the features of the foyer?

Our foyer has 36 chandeliers, marble floors, and granite walls. It also includes a built-in coat room, decorative feature walls, and space for floral displays, guest books, seating charts, photo booths, and live entertainment.

What sound system does The Villa have?

The Villa has two sound systems: a ceiling speaker system that provides sound throughout the venue and a powerful 14,000-watt JBL sound system in the ballroom.

Do you offer microphones and an audio mixer?

Yes, we provide wireless microphones, an audio mixer with four mics, a built-in FX processor, videographer connections, and slideshow input.

What kind of screens and projectors are available?

We have three 220-inch Ultra HD projectors and screens, as well as 15 4K TVs throughout the venue.

Do you have a video switcher for presentations?

Yes, we have a mini video switcher available for use with multiple laptops.

Can I test my setup before my event?

Absolutely! We highly recommend scheduling a test run before your event to ensure everything works smoothly.

Who do I contact for AV-related questions?

If you have any AV questions, please contact our AV manager for assistance.

Food & Beverage Services

What types of food services can you offer?

We provide live serving stations, a built-in buffet area with a waterfall quartz design, induction warmers, and gold and black chafing dishes.

What bar services do you offer?

Our bar services include professional bartenders, signature cocktails, six types of sodas, three fresh juices, espresso beverages, and water stations.

Do you provide pass-around service?

Yes, we offer cocktail servers and passed hors d’oeuvres.

Can we bring outside food?

No outside catering is allowed. However, we offer a variety of menus to choose from to accommodate different tastes and preferences. Let us know if you have any special requests!

Additional Amenities

What is included in the VIP/Bridal Room?

Our VIP/Bridal Room includes four makeup stations, a coded door, a full shower and sink, a refreshments cooler, a TV, speakers, and modern furniture. It serves as a preparation space, quiet retreat, photo area, and storage for gifts and personal items.

Is there an outdoor event space?

Yes, our garden patio features a stamped concrete floor, decorative privacy screens, flower planters, a waterproof retractable pergola, built-in lighting, an outdoor bar, grilling area, and built-in speakers.

Is coat check available?

Yes! Our built-in coat room is free for guests to use and includes various-sized shelves and hangers.
