The total cost of our venue rental includes the use of our main event space, tables, chairs, and standard linens. Our packages also cover setup and cleanup services. We allow outside vendors with the exception of Décor, but we also offer a list of preferred partners. Our preferred vendors are familiar with our venue and can help ensure a smooth event. If you choose to bring in outside vendors, we request prior approval to ensure they meet our venue’s standards.
Our cancellation policy requires a written notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel within 7 days of your event date, you may forfeit a larger portion of your total payment. We recommend reviewing our contract for detailed terms and conditions. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
